First of two meetings for this fast-paced grantmaking experience focused on Affordable Housing. This Round will be a repeat of the November Lightning Grant Round, with a new group of Partners but the same group of applicant organizations (excepting the November Grantee).
The meeting dates have been set for January 26 and February 7 from 11:30am – 2:00pm. Light lunch included.
**Please note that the Lightning Grant Round requires advance pre-work and attendance at both meetings (Jan 26 and Feb 7). RSVP deadline is January 10 to allow for pre-diligence work.
The Round will kick off with diligence pre-work and funder conference calls in mid January, and in-person meetings on Jan. 26 and Feb. 7. We are very pleased to be collaborating with three funder allies—The San Francisco Foundation, The Sobrato Family Foundation, and Sunlight Giving—who will nominate high-potential nonprofit organizations from their own grantmaking portfolios and generously share their due diligence approach and sector expertise with us.
