Climate Justice Grant Round Kick Off: Inspiration from Four Leaders

Addressing climate change is urgent; but justice is even more urgent.  Our neighboring frontline communities need to be at the center as we support them in implementing solutions and building resilience throughout the Bay Area.  This hasn’t happened, so what must change? What’s really required to achieve climate justice?

During this event, you will gain insights from four amazing and impactful leaders who are dedicated to putting justice at the center of addressing climate change. Our speakers are working across all fronts: amplifying unheard voices; building coalitions to influence policies at all government levels; securing funding for adaptation that reflects the needs of frontline communities; developing green job opportunities; and funding the development of more affordable climate solutions.

Join a rich discussion with a local mayor, a state policy expert, a climate solutions investor, and an organization targeting ‘green’ justice at the national level.

All SV2 Partners are welcomed to join in –  participation in the Fall Climate Justice Grant Round is not required!
