Lindsay Austin Louie, Executive Director

Lindsay joined SV2 as the Executive Director in 2008. Lindsay brings to SV2 a passion for creating social change and extensive operating, development and field experience in the local nonprofit sector. 

Prior to joining SV2, Lindsay led Business Development for Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, San Mateo & Marin Counties. In this role, she planned and helped start new businesses to further Goodwill's mission of creating solutions to poverty through the businesses it operates. In addition, she played a critical role in supporting major initiatives in strategic planning and change management. Previously, she was a Program Director at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto. 

Lindsay is a graduate of Castilleja School in Palo Alto and Stanford University, where she received a BA in Human Biology, an MA in Sociology, an MA in Education and an MBA with a Certificate in Public Management.

 

Holly Goodliffe, Community Relations Manager 

After studying Cultural Anthropology and Political Science at Stanford University, Holly has managed direct-service programs and led marketing campaigns at the American Red Cross, The Girls' Middle School, Lee Public Relations (high-tech firm), Sacred Heart Schools, and Goodwill Industries.

At SV2, Holly does a little of everything - communications with donors, outreach to the community and media, and streamlining our processes for engaging with our grantees as volunteers.
