Wendy Lea

Wendy Lea joined SV2 in 2007. In addition to serving on SV2’s Strategic Advisory Board in 2008 and 2009, she chaired SV2’s Marketing-Communications Committee in 2008 and has participated in the Partner Advisory Board.

Wendy joined Get Satisfaction as CEO in February 2009. Get Satisfaction is a network of online support communities that provides companies and their customers a public community to ask questions, get support, provide ideas, and give praise. She serves on the Board of Directors of Get Satisfaction, and Aegis Analytics. In addition, she's an Advisory Board member for Sustainable Minds, Duarte Designs and Corporate Visions. Wendy's philanthropy involvement includes chairing the Board of Directors for The Forum of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives (FEW&E.org) and active engagement as a partner with Silicon Valley Social Venture Capital.

Previously, Wendy led Siebel Systems' eBusiness Consulting division, which provided multichannel strategy consulting services to Siebel's global customers. Wendy co- authored two innovative sales methodologies, CHAMP (channel and alliance management process) and TMP (territory management and planning), which were widely adopted as global standards by IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Oracle.

Wendy is an active angel investor and mentors early stage companies for TechStars, a technology incubator, based in Boulder. She graduated from The University of Mississippi and lives in Menlo Park, California.
